Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any food items. We do strive to provide the best customer service possible. If there is an issue with your order, or to request a return/refund please email email@example.com with your order number in the subject line.
Before placing your order please note:
We do not refund for items that melt during the shipping process. We do not ship chocolate items during the months of June, July, and August, and we pack chocolate items in cold packs during fall and spring months. Once packages are out of our hands we cannot control the length of time it takes for the shipping service to deliver items, so please keep this in mind when ordering heat sensitive items.
